I have always been passionate about fitness and in my earlier years I was a fitness instructor. I have struggled to get rid of the bodyfat with traditional exercise as that only shrinks the cells, it was not until I found the Cryo T Shock system that I am now able to eliminate the extra fat with my rigorous exercise schedule.
